Gather Town Tutorial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
We will hold our WordCamp Taiwan virtually on Gather Town. Please use the same email that you claimed the ticket with to create your Gather Town account in advance, as the virtual venue will be guest-exclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Click your name at the bottom of the screen and click \u201cRespawn\u201d if you are lost.<\/li>
- Press \u201cG\u201d on your keyboard to start the ghost mode. You will be able to pass through other attendees when there is a crowd.<\/li>
- Press \u201cZ\u201d to make your avatar dance. Then, press \u201cCtrl\/Cmd\u201d simultaneously to make it dance constantly.<\/li>
- If you have any questions, please go to the Service Counter. Volunteers are standing by to help you out! Our volunteers will have a “WCTW \u5fd7\u5de5 \/ Volunteer” badge, our speakers will have a “WCTW \u8b1b\u8005 \/ Speaker” badge, and our sponsors will have a “[Sponsor] Sponsor Name” badge.<\/li>
- You may click the users\u2019 names on the left side to determine whether they are staff or not.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

What We Will Do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We will play some virtual board games at the Before Party to get familiar with other attendees. We also arrange the chat session for attendees to share their ideas with the sponsors and speakers.
At the After Party, we will invite our attendees to share their thoughts about our event and get to know each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\nJoining Workshops<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
We will use Zoom to hold workshops. Please install Zoom on your device in advance. After you enter the Gather Town venue, please go to the Couch Potato room and enter the Make Your Potato room. You will find the links to the Zoom meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WordCamp Taiwan 2021 is a \u201cHybrid\u201d WordCamp, which means that there will be an virtual \u201cWordCamp\u201d with several physical \u201cMeetups\u201d featuring the watch parties of the WordCamp.
